Zoeller’s 10-0512 Duplex Keep watch over Panel A Keep watch over panel is required for all systems the use of a nonautomatic pump. This electrical alternator Keep watch over panel is used on a Duplex pump application where automatic alternation of the pumps is desired for added protection in residential or commercial applications. With one pump operating to take care of normal go with the flow, a second pump becomes operational in the event the water level continues to rise. The Keep watch over panel is housed in a NEMA 4X enclosure and is of a duplex design which controls two pumps in an alternating lead/lag cycle sequence from a 3 or 4-go with the flow system. The built-in alarm system, a standard feature, may also be connected to sound when the second one pump becomes operational (3-go with the flow switch system) or independently (4-go with the flow switch system). The panel contains the required starting, Keep watch over, and alarm circuits. Rated motor starters and circuit breakers are furnished for each and every pump. The 115 volt Keep watch over circuit has short circuit protection. The panel features pump run pilot light(s) and pump selector switches. It is equipped with circuit(s) which automatically reverses the direction of the cutter blades after each and every pumping cycle. A padlock hasp is provided. High water conditions shall be indicated by a visible light with polycarbonate cover. Numbered terminal strips are furnished to speed the connection of each and every pump. A wiring schematic and trouble shooting guide are included with each and every panel.
